FIELD: chemical technology apparatus; filtration of large amount of liquid or gas from mechanical admixtures. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed filter is two-stage in construction including coarse filtering stage (in way of flow) which is made in form of stationary bow-shaped plates with end intermediate washers whose thickness defines coarse filtration fraction and fine filtering stage made from filtering material woven mainly from super-strong fibers containing graphite, glass, quartz, steel, polymers, boron; it is stretched on frame whose one end is secured on drive shaft located in center of circle whose arc is plate of coarse filtering stage and its other end secured on ridge is made in form of plates or super-strong strings passing between arcs. Periodic cleaning and self-cleaning both in manual and automatic modes is performed by passing of ridge between arcs over their entire length during turn of drive shaft and opening of lower discharge branch pipe. For cleaning the filtering material of fine filtering stage, filter is provided with ultrasonic oscillation source for liquid or vibrator for gas. ^ EFFECT: enhanced filtering ability and durability; simplified construction; facilitated procedure of manufacture; increased overhaul period; ease of mounting and operating. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
