A rotor structure of a motor is provided to control an inverter smoothly by changing the center of a permanent magnet according to the rotation direction. In a rotor structure of a motor, a rotor body is formed in a circular shape. A number of permanent magnets are formed along an edge of the inside of the rotor body, and has different poles in turn. The center of magnetic force of the permanent magnet is eccentric. An outer part of the permanent magnet has a convex arc shape, and the center of magnetic force of the permanent magnet is eccentric toward the rotation direction than the center of a magnet.
