FIELD: therapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has a magnetic body located in a freely moving member that itself is positioned inside the apparatus. The apparatus is actuated by an electric motor, which makes the freely moving member and the magnetic body rotate about the first axis of rotation. The magnetic body is rotated about the second axis of rotation by angular forces which act on it either mechanically or by means of a magnetic field. The mechanical angular force is transferred with the aid of a gear train or some other similar contact interaction with the rolling member. The magnetic angular force is transferred with the aid of fixed magnets, when the magnetic body passes by them at its rotation. Two rotary motions of the magnetic body occur at an angle to each other and result in variation in time both of the density of the magnetic flux and of the angle of flux turn. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of magnetic influence. ^ 53 cl, 18 dwg
