A manufacturing method of a diamond tool and the diamond tool thereby are provided to form regular pattern by spreading a bonding agent corresponding to the grain size of diamond abrasive with a dispenser and mounting the diamond abrasive to the bonding agent, and to improve cooling efficiency by easily discharging dreg with adjusting the distance of the diamond abrasive. A diamond tool(50) is manufactured by mounting plural abrasives(55) to a shank(52), and a paste type bonding agent(56) is spread on a surface of the shank with the specific pattern. The diamond abrasive is distributed in an upper part of the shank with the bonding agent, and the diamond abrasive not to be assembled with the bonding agent is removed. The diamond abrasive is bonded to the shank by sintering the bonding agent. The bonding agent is spread by using a dispenser(60), and supplied from a nozzle of the dispenser.
