FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery; neurology; functional diagnostics; pathological physiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: discrimination in two points of tactile perception is measured in longitudinal axis as well as in lateral direction in area of innervations of damaged and symmetric nerves. Measurements are made before and after diagnostic electric stimulation is performed. When tactile perception onto damaged and symmetrical arm improves, generalized common type of reactivity is determined. If perception on damaged ad symmetrical arm is worsens or, just the opposite, if perception gets worse onto symmetric arm and gets better onto damaged arm, the active reciprocal character of changes in reactivity is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: widened range of aids for measuring reactivity and tactile perception. ^ 4 tbl, 3 ex |
