FIELD: machine engineering, working metals by blade type tools with use of cutting fluids. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes ultrasonic-oscillation irradiator. In order to improve efficiency of cutting process and to increase period of cutting tool strength due to applying ultrasonic oscillations upon blank in radial-axial direction, irradiator has in its end portion site designed for placing blank and inclined relative to axis of irradiator. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of apparatus, increased time period of tool strength providing desired quality of worked parts. ^ 1 dwg
