A tape carrier package and a display device having the same are provided to suppress the generation of electromagnetic wave, thereby preventing the electromagnetic interference, by changing the patterns of signal lines formed on a flexible circuit film. A first terminal is electrically connected to a PCB, and receives a driving signal supplied from the PCB. A plurality of second terminals(234) output the driving signal to plural input terminals of a driving chip(231). A first signal line(236) is extended from the first terminal. A plurality of second signal lines(235) are respectively extended from the second terminals. A third signal line(237) connects between the first signal line and the second signal lines. The third signal line has a larger width than the second signal lines. |
