The drive has a drive motor whose drive shaft (18) stays in connection with a pane (12) that is connected with an output shaft (24) of a wiper arm. A defined and/or definable angle position of the arm is assigned to the output shaft. The angle position of a pulling position of the wiper arm is defined with switching knobs (28) of the transmission unit, where electrical contacts (34, 36) are switchable with the knobs.
