The apparatus has a one-piece body (101) and a venturi effect suction device (106) that generate a difference between the pressures in two volumes (V9, V`9) separated by a piston (91) inside a cylindrical housing (L9) where the piston slides. The difference in the pressures permits to move the piston opposite to the base (93) of the housing by suction effect or overpressure effect. An independent claim is also included for a coating material spraying installation comprising a cleaning and coating material reservoir piston dismounting apparatus.
