DEGASSING APPARATUS AND ULTRASONIC WAVE WASHING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A de-gassing apparatus and an ultrasonic wave washing apparatus by using the same are provided to remove the dissolved air among the water cleaning solution. An ultrasonic wave generator(3) is installed at the bottom of a cleansing cistern(1). A heater is installed at the circumference of the cleansing cistern and controls the temperature of the cleansing cistern. An inhalation hole(5) of the cleansing solution is opened at the upper portion of the cleansing cistern. An injection hole(6) of the cleansing solution is opened at the lower portion of the cleansing cistern. The inhalation hole and the injection hole are connected by a pipe so that a cleansing solution circulation path is formed.
