FIELD: medical facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: heart valve prosthetic appliances can be used in artificial valve prosthetic appliances used for exchange of destroyed ones. Case of prosthetic appliance has additional lugs all round its circle - one lower and one upper. Tissues of fibrous ring are placed between lugs. Upper lug has openings in any 5 to 7 cm to pull threads through and to fix tissues of fibrous ring provided with valve at implantation. Lower lug is 1/3 shorter than upper one. ^ EFFECT: limitation of access of fibrous spreads to valve apparatus of prosthetic appliance; reduced inflammatory complications. ^ 2 dwg
