A multimedia device integrating a monitor and a DVD(Digital Versatile Disc) player in one body is provided to keep the monitor and the DVD player in an overlapped state to normally reduce a volume and control an angle of the monitor when using, wherein the DVD player serves as a stand of the monitor. In a multimedia device integrating a monitor and a DVD player(21) in one body, the monitor(31) is coupled with the DVD player by a bracket(22) rotatively to output images transmitted from the DVD player. The monitor normally overlaps on the DVD player but comes in position by rotation in the case of DVD watching. The monitor is formed with supporting grooves(32) at a rear surface and the DVD player has a supporting die(23) to be inserted into one of the supporting grooves for controlling an installation angle of the monitor. Each of the supporting grooves is in different positions for controlling an inclination angle of the monitor.
