A luminescence device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display substrate having the same are provided to prevent disconnection of a cathode electrode due to a stepped part of a bank layer by forming the cathode electrode thicker than a bank layer. A first electrode(113) is formed on a base substrate(101). A bank layer(160) having a first thickness is formed on the first electrode to define a luminescence region. A luminescence layer(170) is formed within the luminescence region. A second electrode(135) having a second thickness is formed on the luminescence layer. The second thickness of the second electrode is larger than the first thickness of the first electrode. The second electrode is formed with a conductive nano-paste material including metallic nano-particles. |
