FIELD: electrical engineering; emergency feeding of consumers allowing no short-time interruption in power supply. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device anticipates connection of newly introduced reactive components L and C to circuit in parallel with power consumer when there are two switching apparatuses connecting the latter to two independent power supplies; these newly introduced components will raise transient time constant and reduce voltage drop front steepness by supplying energy pre-stored in reactor magnetic field and in capacitor electric field to power mains. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of power consumer trouble-free operation. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg
