摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by delaminating two or more types of supplied rubbers from a die at a front end of an extrusion head, and integrally extruding them to accelerate an extrusion speed of an extruding machine, thereby sufficiently enhancing an extrusion operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The case of extruding an integral composite unvulcanized tread rubber 7 for a general purpose tire and the case of extruding an integral composite unvulcanized tread rubber 7 for a low rolling resistance and highly conductive tire are combined, and an extruding machine 1 is constructed as a quadruple type extruder by conventional triple extruders 2, 3, and 4 and a small capacity extruder 6 separately coupled with an extrusion head 5 coupled at front ends of these extruders via a block 9 clamped with the head 5. Thus, extrusion capacities of the conventional extruders 2, 3, and 4 can be sufficiently utilized without bothering with a minimum extrusion amount of a minimum volume rubber type. As a result, its extrusion productivity is remarkably improved, and quality of the integrated composite unvulcanized tread rubber 7 is significantly improved.
