A jump car is provided to improve working efficiency by installing eight wheels of predetermined sizes for crossing over thresholds and rotating the same 360 degrees. A jump cart has a different height according to a size of a wheel and an installation position. The size of the jump cart depends on goods or resources. The jump cart is made for apartment construction, large building construction, and conveyance of a refrigerator and an air conditioner. Two big wheels are installed at a third point from a front plane of the jump cart. Two big wheels are installed at a third point from a rear plane of the jump cart. The big wheels of the rear plane have fixed air wheels. The diameter of the rotation rubber wheel of the rear plane is 7.5cm. The diameter of the rotation rubber wheel of the front plane is 10cm.
