FIELD: machine operation technology, in particular, technology for grounding charges of static electricity from movable objects, such as vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for lifting static electricity from body of vehicle includes making a metallic fastening element, rigidly connecting a current-conductive element in form of metallic wire to it, affixing the fastening element with wire in transfer mold with recess, forming a shape of ribbon with prominent end of current-conductive element. Assembled transfer mold is moved to injection-molding machine with preliminarily heated plasticized polyvinylchloride, which is then poured into transfer mold under pressure and cooled down. ^ EFFECT: lifted static electricity, preserved shape and flexibility of product. |
