摘要 FIELD: machines and mechanisms using controlled electromagnetic rotor mount. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method for controlling electromagnetic bearings includes generation of currents required to stabilize rotor in space at two frequency regions (high- and low-frequency ones). For current generation in low-frequency region use is made of digital controller or separate controllers of control channel. Current generation in high-frequency region involves organization of low-pass filters which also function as antialiasing filters for digital-controller analog-to-digital converter. Two parallel regulation channels are organized in digital regulator with electromagnet proportional-differential regulation and time constant correction organized in one of them as well as electromagnet integral regulation and negative stiffness correction, in other channel; signals from these channels are summed up at digital regulator output only. One or more digital rejection filters are organized in regulation channel and tuned to lower values of respective frequencies of rotor-system inherent mechanical vibrations. Device implementing this method has rotor position sensor, integral regulator, multiplying unit, boosting regulator, and power converter. Mounted at input of integral regulator incorporating proportional-differential and integral regulation units and first adder are analog-to-digital converter unit with pre-connected low-pass filter unit and at output of boosting regulator, rejection filter or group of rejection filters, second adder unit, inversion unit, and pulse-width modulated signal generation unit. Digital regulators incorporated in electromagnetic-bearing control gear of magnetic mount system enhance performance characteristics of chargers including their hunting stability. ^ EFFECT: reduced noise level in regulation channel, enhanced stability of magnetic mount system at inherent waveforms of machine rotor or frame vibrations. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
