A refrigerator is provided to easily find out and take out foods located at the inside by withdrawing shelves, and shorten time that a door is opened, by taking out foods within a short time, thereby reducing loss of cool air and reducing power consumption. A main body(100) has storage compartments inside. Shelves(110) are installed in the storage compartments, wherein the shelves are withdrawable and food containers are put on the shelves. A driving device(300) is installed in the main body to put in and take out the shelves. The driving device includes a driving motor(310) generating driving power, and an electromotive power transmitting unit(320) transmitting the driving power of the driving motor to the shelves to put in and take out the shelves. |
