A manufacturing method of a suction cup, the suction cup and a loading apparatus in a vehicle are provided to mount and support the loading apparatus on a dashboard stably by integrally fixing and bonding a gel layer to an attachment surface of a suction cup body. A suction cup(12) includes a suction cup body(14) made of elastic synthetic resin, an attachment surface formed in the suction cup body, and a gel layer(16) integrally mounted in the attachment surface. To manufacture the suction cup with a surface of the gel layer as the suction surface, a first mold is fitted to a common mold. A suction cup body forming cavity is formed with the attachment surface for the first mold in the mold. The suction cup body is formed on the common mold by injecting synthetic resin in the suction cup body forming cavity by opening the first mold. A second mold(62) is fitted to the common mold, and a gel layer forming cavity(64) is formed corresponding to the gel layer in the mold. Flexible gel is injected to the gel layer forming cavity, and the gel layer is formed on the attachment surface. The second mold is formed, and the suction cup is manufactured. The thermoplastic synthetic resin is used, and the suction cup body is formed by injecting and cooling molten synthetic resin in the suction cup body forming cavity.
