A sprayer for removing pet's excrement is provided to enable a user to pick up the pet's excrement with his own hands without using tissues or other excrement carriers and to prevent pollution of public environment. The sprayer for removing pet's excrement includes a storing portion(201), a push button(204), a protruding nozzle(205), a discharge portion(202) and a connection portion(203). The storing portion(201) includes a solid formulation and a propellant. The solid formulation is sprayed on the pet's excrement in an aerosol or foam state and is changed to a gel state after a predetermined period of time elapses. In the discharge portion(202), a transfer pipe(206) formed from the center of the protruding nozzle(205) to the storing portion(201) is installed to spray the solid formulation and the propellent to the outside.
