A construction by-product sorting device using a vibrating drum screen is provided to completely dismantle construction by-products by supplying vertical and horizontal vibrating power to a feeder and to prevent generation of dust by spraying the mist on the feeder receiving the waste. The construction by-product sorting device using a vibrating drum screen(3) is composed of a feeder(1) receiving and transferring construction by-products; a vibrating power supply unit installed at the lower part of the feeder to dismantle the agglomerated construction by-products by applying vertical and horizontal vibrating power to the feeder; a mist spraying unit(2) installed at a predetermined spot of the feeder to prevent the dust from being generated from the inserted construction by-products; the drum screen connected to the feeder, composed of plural perforated nets formed at the outer periphery and a blade installed at the inner peripheral surface to secondly dismantle the construction by-products, and rotated to separate aggregates and soil from the dismantled construction by-products transferred from the feeder; a drum bucket installed at the outside of the drum screen to supply vibrating power to the drum screen; and a blowing unit(4) disposed in the front end of the drum screen to supply blowing power to separate and sort out combustible foreign materials mixed in the soil discharged from the drum screen.
