A color filter display panel, and an LCD including the same are provided to improve brightness of an LCD by including a color filter without pigment particles. A color filter(230) is formed on a substrate, and includes a plurality of layers having different refractive indices. A common electrode(270) is formed on the color filter. The plurality of layers having different refractive indices include a first layer including at least one selected from the group consisting of TiO2, ZrO2, Y2O3, MgO, and Al2O3, and a second layer including at least one selected from the group SiO2, CeF2, LaF3, and LiF.
