An installation panel of an air conditioner is provided to variously form a pipe way at the left, the right, and the center according to a position of a pipe connected with an indoor unit, and improve strength of the installation panel by forming a bending protection part. A main panel(40) is fixed at an indoor wall for installing an indoor unit on the main panel, having a pipe way for passing a pipe connected with the indoor unit. A plurality of auxiliary panels(50) are installed at a pipe way side and change a position of the pipe way according to an installation position of the pipe connected with the indoor unit. The main panel includes a bending protection part(41) having a lower end protruded forward. The auxiliary panels include connecting members(54) to be connected with the main panel and the bending protection part.
