A toilet soap composition is provided to show smooth sensation of use and excellent moisturizing property on skin and have good physical properties such as production workability and softness. The toilet soap composition comprising an anionic surfactant as a washing ingredient is characterized in that 0.1-20 wt.% of a quarternary ammonium cationic surfactant represented by the formula(1) is contained regarding the total weight of the composition. In the formula(1), R1 is one selected from the group consisting of C12-18 linear alkyl or branched alkyl, linear alkenyl and a mixture thereof, each R2 and R3 is independently C1-3 alkyl, n is an integer from 1 to 10, and X is halogen, sulfate or acetate. The anionic surfactant is one selected from the group consisting of a salt of high fatty acid, acyl isethionate, alkyl sulfate, alkyl sulfosuccinate, alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, acyl taurate, alkyl sulfoacetate, acyl sarcosinate, acyl glutamate, alkyl ether sulfate, and mono glyceride sulfonate.
