A one-call order/delivery system is provided to improve quality of a delivery service by using the single delivery network, and improve convenience for an orderer and a producer by searching a caller location with a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) embedded with a GPS(Global Positioning System) function. If the order is received to an order receiving system through the Internet and a single phone number via the single nationwide network, the order receiving system transfers the received order to a restaurant terminal of an area by searching a local server based on the phone number or an address of an orderer. A deliveryman of the area delivers foods or articles from the restaurant to the orderer. The PDA offered to the deliveryman suggests an optimal course by checking the location from the local server, and processes order/collection control and settlement.
