A suspension frame is provided to absorb shock generated by an obstacle simultaneously or individually with one shock absorber and to help a user to run safely and to reduce manufacturing cost. The suspension frame includes an arm fixing portion(9), a compressed elastic body(7), a couple of wheels(3) and a couple of arms(5). Stopper holes(10) and first pin holes(11) are formed in the arm fixing portion(9). The arms(5) are disposed between one side and the other side of the arm fixing portion(9). Wheels(3) are rotatably coupled through axial hole(15) formed on a first side, the arm fixing portion(9) is rotatably coupled through a second pin hole(17) on a second side and the first pin hole(11), and the compressed elastic body(7) is rotatably coupled through a bushing hole(19) formed on a third side in the arms(5).
