A steering angle adjusting device of a steering system is provided to improve convenience and steering stability by adjusting the steering angle according to input steering angle and the yaw rate. A steering angle adjusting device of a steering system includes an input shaft(112) receiving rotational force of a steering wheel, an input arm(114) installed to the input shaft and integrally turned with the input shaft, an output shaft(116) spaced from the input shaft to transmit rotational force to a pinion gear(134), an output arm(118) installed in the output shaft and integrally turned, a variable shaft(120) spaced from the output shaft, an adjusting arm(122) installed in the variable shaft and integrally turned to slide and connect the input arm to the output arm, and a variable shaft moving unit installed to the variable shaft to move the variable shaft to the output shaft. The variable shaft moving unit is formed of a motor(130) with a decelerator(132).
