An apparatus for manufacturing charcoal using waste materials is provided to recycle a fuel without environmental pollution by carbonizing waste materials, that are not capable of being reclaimed in the soil since they are not degraded in soil, by natural convection without additional heating means and releasing carbonization gas generated during carbonization of the waste materials into the atmosphere in the purified state. The apparatus for manufacturing charcoal using waste materials comprises: a carbonization furnace for igniting and carbonizing the waste materials; a carbonization gas exhaust part comprising a ventilation duct(21) and a chimney part(22); a carbonization gas treating part(30) for purifying carbonization gas released into the atmosphere through the carbonization gas exhaust part; and a storage part(40) for storing carbonization gas purified in the carbonization gas treating part. The carbonization gas treating part comprises a condensation valve(31) which is formed between the ventilation duct and the chimney part in such a manner that an output part(313) connected to the chimney part has a smaller diameter than an input part(311) connected to the ventilation duct. The condensation valve comprises a blowing fan(312) installed in the input part and an ignition part(314) installed in the output part. |
