POLYMER COATING COMPOSITION FOR PROTECTING NEUTRALIZATION AND SALT DAMAGE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES

Provided is a polymer paint composition which is prevented in the neutralization and salt damage of a concrete structure, is excellent in the adhesive strength with a concrete structure and is free from an organic solvent or a thinner. The polymer paint composition comprises a base which comprises 35-68 wt% of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 5-10 wt% of a reactive diluent selected from butyl glycidyl ether, phenyl glycidyl ether and a C12-C14 aliphatic glycidyl ether, 3-15 wt% of a dimer acid modified epoxy resin, 5-30 wt% of silicon carbide, 5-30 wt% of alumina, 3-20 wt% of silica, 1-10 wt% of zinc, 1-10 wt% of titanium dioxide, 3-30 wt% of calcium carbonate, 5-20 wt% of an inorganic pigment comprising CoO and Co3O4, 0.1-2 wt% of Aerosil, 0.1-2 wt% of Tixogel, 0.1-1.0 wt% of a silane coupling agent selected from 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.1-1 wt% of an antifoaming agent and 0.1-1 wt% of a dispersant; and a curing agent which comprises 60-95 wt% of a cyclic aliphatic polyamine or polyamide resin, 1-20 wt% of silica, 1-20 wt% of CaCO3, 0.1-2 wt% of Tixogel and 0.1-2 wt% of Aerosil. The ratio of the base and the curing agent is 1-5 : 1 by weight.
