A projection TV apparatus is provided to have a trapezoid distortion control member in order to control the rotation angle at the circumference of the first shaft line. A projection TV apparatus(100) has a frame. A projector unit(10), a reflection mirror and a rear projection screen(50) are arranged at the frame. The projector unit emits the image projection beam. The reflection mirror has a reflection surface arranged on the projector unit and at the rear of the rear projection screen and reflects the image projection beam on the rear of a screen. The screen displays a TV image on the entire surface thereof. The screen has upper and lower edges(5020,5022) separated from each other vertically and extended in parallel with each other.
