A high strength honeycomb drain pipe including a water shielding film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent leakage due to damage to a profile by integrally forming a honeycomb in a hollow portion of the profile. A drain pipe extrudes a hollow profile(32) and cools the profile. The profile is spirally supplied and is wound on a winding apparatus. The profile is integrally connected to a resin. The drain pipe includes a reinforcing interruption member(60) and a seaming member. A honeycomb and a connection portion are inserted into the hollow portion. The reinforcing interruption member is inserted into the hollow portion to form water shielding film.
