A method of fabricating TFT-LCD substrate is provided to shorten a time required to fabricate the TFT-LCD substrate by eliminating a process of cutting a polarized film and a process of adhering the polarized film on a cut substrate, thereby reducing the production cost thereof. A color filter(10) and a TFT(Thin Film Transistor,20) are layered, and a polarization film(30) is layered on one or both sides of the layered color filter and TFT to form a TFT-LCD motherboard. The polarization film is cut along a cut line of the layered TFT-LCD motherboard by a combined laser beam, and simultaneously a scribing line is formed.
