An office clip having reduced length and removable handles is provided to allow production in state of length reduced, to save manufacturing cost, to improve productivity by reducing manufacturing processes, to facilitate receiving and storing of papers, and to enhance convenience in use with easy removability of handles. The office clip having reduced length and removable handles comprises: a main body(10); 2 pairs of fixing grooves(11a,11b) with shapes like loop; 1 pair of handles capable of being removably combined with the fixing grooves(11a,11b) through their projections for insertion(15a,15b).
