An apartment heating and cooling system using a heat pump is provided to reduce a waste of energy by constantly keeping an indoor temperature and a temperature difference between an indoor and an outdoor air. In an apartment heating and cooling system using a heat pump, a heat pump system(10) includes an outdoor unit(12). A supplying header(20) supplies cold/hot water from the heat pump system. A heating and cooling heat exchanger(30) receives the cold/hot water from the supplying header and exchanges a heat. A return header(40) collects the cold/hot water exchanged from the heat exchanger and returns the water to the heat pump system. A heating and cooling line(50) exchanges the heat with the heating and cooling heat exchanger and supplies a cold and hot heat to the apartment. And, an existing heating and cooling system(60) connects with the heating and cooling line in parallel.
