The predetermined electrode structure is composed of a first electrode(200) and a second electrode(210). The first and the second electrodes are formed at one surface of the piezoelectric sheet. The first electrode is composed of a first electrode pad and a first electrode body. The second electrode is composed of a second electrode pad and a second electrode body. The second electrode pad is spaced apart from the first electrode pad. The second electrode body is opposite to the first electrode body.
