A separating operation system by using the continuous drowning-out crystallization is provided to improve purity of crystallized material and production efficiency and reduce energy by separating the purified and crystallized materials by the taylor swirl. A liquid pump(140) controls an amount of fluid so that a raw material(130) or a solvent(120) with a constant amount of fluid is injected into a couette-taylor reactor(150). A solid-liquid separator(160) separates the solid and liquid produced and crystallized by the operation of the couette-taylor reactor. A pH-meter(170) measures the ion concentration of the solid and liquid produced and crystallized by the couette-taylor reactor. An electronic microscope(180) analyzes the shape and size of the individual particle.
