An assembling structure of a ball joint and a knuckle is provided to combine the ball joint with the knuckle conveniently and promptly after assembling a drive shaft with the knuckle in a suspension by modifying assembling structure. A knuckle(20) of a suspension of a vehicle includes a flange part(210) having an assembling hole(211) to which a stud part(13) of a ball joint(10) is inserted, a couple of tightening parts(230) faced to each other through a cut slit groove(231) in the assembling hole, and a bolt hole(233) formed in the tightening part and placed perpendicularly to the assembling hole. The stud part is inserted to the assembling hole, and combined by using a bolt(71) penetrating the bolt hole and a nut(73) combined with an end of the bolt. The bolt hole is placed perpendicularly to the assembling hole, and the assembling hole is not connected to the bolt hole. The assembling hole is placed near a wheel, and the bolt hole is placed near an inside of a vehicle body.
