An inflammable sound absorbing panel is provided to reduce cost by separating and replacing an inflammable sheet only, to restrict harmful material discharge by not using adhesive, and to cut down construction period by easily constructing the inflammable sound absorbing panel. An inflammable sound absorbing panel(100) includes a sound absorbing material(20), an inflammable sheet(10) shielding an outside of the sound absorbing material, and a sheet fixing unit having a female fixing member(40) including a guide surface(41) easily inserting a male fixing member(50) and a fitting fixing sill(42) fastening the male fixing member and the male fixing member including a couple of fixing pieces(51) elastically deformed and widened at both ends. A fitting piece(11) of the inflammable sheet is fastened by an end of the fixing piece, and an inner surface(43) is tapered in the male fixing member. A support member(30) is formed in a rear part of the sound absorbing material, and a support member storage part(44) is formed in the female fixing member to contain an end of the support member.
