摘要 Provided is a gas regeneration method of an activation deteriorated industrial spent catalyst, which is environmentally friendly and economical by treating a spent catalyst with a gas such as air or hydrogen through a simple structured equipment such that the spent catalyst can be reused. In a method for regenerating an industrial spent waste that is disused as activity of the spent catalyst is reduced to a predetermined value or less, a gas regeneration method of the spent catalyst comprises: a heating step(S20) of heating the reactor such that temperature of the spent catalyst is increased at a rate of 5 to 15 deg.C/min while injecting a gas reaction agent into a reactor packed with the spent catalyst; and a reaction step(S30) of heating the inside of the reactor to a range of 200 to 400 deg.C, and maintaining the reactor at the temperature for 60 to 90 minutes. The gas reaction agent is air. The gas reaction agent is hydrogen, and the gas regeneration method further comprises a step(S40) of injecting nitrogen gas into the reactor to cool the spent catalyst after performing the reaction step. The spent catalyst is a spent catalyst of precious metal series or transition metal series.
