A plasma display panel is provided to reduce power consumption by reducing the number of address electrodes while maintaining a resolution. A plasma display panel includes a front glass substrate(110), at least one display electrode(120), a first dielectric layer(130), a rear glass substrate(140), and a second dielectric layer. The at least one display electrode is formed at a surface of the front glass substrate. The first dielectric layer covers the display electrode. The rear glass substrate is installed to face the front glass substrate. At least one address electrode is formed to intersect the display electrode. A second dielectric layer covers the address electrode. A plurality of partitions are formed to intersect the address electrode.
