A plasma display panel is provided to improve emitting efficiency by relatively reducing impedance of a scan electrode. A plasma display panel includes a first substrate(10). A second substrate(20) is formed to face the first substrate. A rear partition layer(30) includes first partitions and second partitions. The first partitions are arranged adjacent to an upper surface of the first substrate to form in a cross direction parallel to each other. The second partitions are arranged to intersect the first partitions. A fluorescent layer is formed inside a discharge cell. First electrodes(40) and second electrodes(50) are formed at upper portions of the first partitions parallel with the first partitions. A plurality of address electrodes(60) are arranged to intersect the first electrodes and the second electrodes, and are arranged on the first substrate parallel with each other. Each width of the first electrodes is greater than that of the second electrodes.
