A system and a method for offering a game making service through the on/offline are provided to save expenses/efforts of a game maker by offering an SDK(Software Development Kit) needed for making a game to the game maker and making the game maker complete a game program with the offered SDK. A game portal server(100) provides the SDK needed for making the game through the on/offline. A game making server makes the game based on the SDK offered from the game portal server. A user terminal receives the made game through the Internet. The game portal server includes a character information database(103), an item information database(102), a user information database(101), a character managing module(108) selecting the fittest character for the game among character information stored in the character information database, an item managing module(107) selecting the fittest item for the game among item information stored in the item information database, a charge settling module(106) for determining an avatar use charge, a web server(105), and a controller(104). |
