A mounting device of a flexible printed circuit board is provided to prevent the flexible printed circuit board from shorting with a pad unit by pressing the flexible printed circuit board aligned on the pad unit of the substrate with a uniform pressure. In a mounting device of a flexible printed circuit board, a stage supports a substrate with a pair of pad units at a substrate mounting mode. A compression unit(130) electrically connects by pressing the flexible printed circuit board on the pad units of the substrate to be loaded on the stage. And, a jig member(150) is detachably arranged on the stage at the flatness measuring mode to form a flatness measuring pattern on a pressure sensitive paper through compression with the compression unit(130).
