PURPOSE: Provided is an inorganic solid electrolyte used for a lithium secondary battery or a thin film lithium secondary battery, which can improve ionic conductivity, charge/discharge velocity, and cycle lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic solid electrolyte represented by the formula aM-bSeO2-cN-dQ contains 4.8-48mol% of at least one material, as a network former, selected from the group consisting of B2O3, P2O5, TeO2, SiO2, and LiPO3, 4.8-40mol% of SeO2, 24-60mol% of at least one material, as a network modifier, selected from Li2O and Li2S, and 0-40mol% of at least one material, as a lithium salt, selected from the group consisting of LiI, Li3PO4, Li2SO4, LiCl, Li2Se, LiF, LiBr, wherein M is the network modifier, N is the network former, Q is the lithium salt, and a, b, c, and d have the molar ratio of 0.24<=a<=0.6, 0.048<=b<=0.4, 0.048<=c<=0.48, 0<=d<=0.4. |
