A floodgate opening/closing system by measuring RPM of a motor is provided to recognize an opened degree of a flood gate more precisely, and thereby control water more correctly and promptly and improve the water management efficiency. A floodgate opening/closing system by measuring RPM of a motor comprises a floodgate opening/closing motor(110), a motor rotation counter unit(120), an accumulated motor rotation counter unit(130), a maximum RPM storage unit(140), an opening/closing rate calculation unit(150), a remaining motor rotation counter unit(160), and a central control unit(180). The floodgate opening/closing motor is driven by a user to open and close the floodgate. The motor rotation counter unit counts RPM of the motor when opening and closing the floodgate. The accumulated motor rotation counter unit accumulatingly counts the RPM of the motor. The maximum RPM storage unit stores the RPM of the motor when the floodgate is completely opened. The remaining motor rotation counter unit counts the remaining RPM of the motor by calculating the opening and closing rate. The central control unit manages the overall parts being electrically connected to the parts. |
