A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to simultaneously print and dry a fluorescent material by printing the fluorescent material by using heater. Red fluorescent paste printed on each of red discharge cells is simultaneously printed and dried by a temperature of a stage(S2). Green fluorescent paste printed on each of green discharge cells is simultaneously printed and dried by the temperature of a stage(S4). Blue fluorescent paste printed on each of blue discharge cells is simultaneously printed and dried by the temperature of a stage(S6). A fluorescent material is obtained by burning a substrate on which the red fluorescent material, the green fluorescent material, and the blue fluorescent material are formed(S7).
