Provided is a health-aid food, which has an effect of treating or alleviating atopic dermatitis or various allergic diseases, adult diseases and diseases of digestive organs, is useful as a cancer-preventing agent, and causes no side effects. The health-aid food comprises: 15-20 wt% of phellinus linteus; 5-10 wt% of Lentinus edodes; 5-10 wt% of Inonotus obliquus; 5-10 wt% of Ulmus macrocarpa hance; 5-10 wt% of Piper nigrum linne; 5-10 wt% of Pueraria lobata ohwil; 5-10 wt% of Lonicera japonica thunb; 2-3 wt% of cryptotympana pustulata fabricius; 2-3 wt% of Schizonepeta tenuifolia var. japonica; 2-3 wt% of ledebouriella seseloides; 2-3 wt% of ampelopsis radix; 2-3 wt% of bletillae rhizoma; 2-3 wt% of santalaceae thesium refractum; 2-3 wt% of Cimicifuga simplex; and 1-2 wt% of licorice roots. |
