An apparatus for regulating the angle of a camera for watching the rear side of a vehicle is provided to regulate the installation angle of the camera by using an angle regulating bracket and an angle regulating screw. In an apparatus for regulating the angle of a camera(100) for watching the rear side of a vehicle, rotational shaft bosses(120) protrude from both ends of a camera body(110). A screw tap is formed at a central portion of the rotational shaft boss. A through-hole(131) having a screw thread is formed on the inner peripheral surface of one end of the camera. A rotational shaft hole(221) and a screw tap(121) are engaged by a rotational shaft screw(600). A hole of an angle regulating bracket(240) and the through-hole of a flange portion(130) are engaged by an angle regulating screw(300).
