A mobile communication terminal having a stereo reverberation function is provided to enable a user to select a reverberation factor as a sound mode of a stereo reverberator, thereby providing the same feeling as talking over the phone with the other party at a place, determined by the user, to the user. A CODEC(Coder/Decoder) divides a received packet data into image data and voice data, respectively decodes the image and voice data by an audio CODEC(142) and video CODEC within the codec, and performs stereo reverberation processing of the voice data according to a reverberation factor inputted by a user. The audio CODEC(142) includes a voice decoder for decoding an audio signal including a voice signal, a stereo reverberator(220) for performing stereo reverberation processing of the audio signal according to the factor that the user selects, and a D/A(Digital-to-Analog) converter(230) for converting output of the stereo reverberator(220) into digital or analog output. |
